1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives broken, leaked, or physically damaged.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

Defective or Faulty Product

If the product is faulty, improperly sealed, or unusable.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All items, labels, packaging, and accessories must be returned.

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of the issue.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Products opened by the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Change of mind or dislike of smell/color/formula

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

Because cleaning chemicals are sensitive and hazardous materials, we maintain strict return guidelines for safety reasons.


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

Refund will be issued via:

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit (customer’s choice)

4.2 Refund Time

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will send the replacement product within 2–4 business days

  • Replacement shipping cost may be waived if the issue was caused by us


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if:

  • The order has not been packed or shipped yet

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.


7. Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number issues, or customer unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Additional delivery charges may apply

  • Refund is not guaranteed unless the product returns to us in good condition
